Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026. Controller: Inception Gaming Infrastructure Ltd (“Inception”). Contact: contact@inception.de.

This policy describes how we process personal data on the public website and, once a contract is signed, on the operator platform. The master services agreement and any DPA signed at launch take precedence over this page.

1. Who this covers

Website visitors and people who send a project brief (name, work email, company, market, product mix). After go-live, we process operator staff accounts and, as a processor, player data on behalf of the operator who holds the gambling licence.

2. What we collect on this site

3. Why we process it

Legitimate interests and, where you tick the box, consent: to reply to a partnership enquiry, to prepare a stack map, and to keep a record of the brief. We do not sell enquiry data.

4. Platform data (after contract)

Identity, payment, KYC, responsible-gaming and security data are processed to run the stack the operator licensed. Encryption at rest, access logs and retention follow the licence pack and the DPA. Players exercise access, correction and erasure through the operator; we support that request in the back office.

5. Sharing

We may use a form delivery provider to receive briefs. Google processes analytics events as a processor. Hosting, email and professional advisors may see data as needed to operate the company. We do not share enquiries with unrelated marketers.

6. Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation, then deleted or archived under our retention schedule. Contracted operators follow the term in the agreement.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the enquiry checkbox at any time. You may complain to your supervisory authority.

8. Contact

Write to contact@inception.de. This page is a public summary. Ask for the DPA with the contract.
