Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026. These terms cover the public website at inception.de. Use of the Inception platform is governed by the agreement between Inception Gaming Infrastructure Ltd and the operator.
1. The website
Content on this site is for operators and partners considering a project. It is not an offer of gambling to consumers. Descriptions of modules, originals and licence paths are product information, not a warranty.
2. The platform
The software is licensed, not sold. Uptime, support and module scope are those stated in the signed agreement. Operators remain responsible for their licence, player funds treatment, marketing and 18+ access to their brand.
3. Intellectual property
Inception originals (including Core) and the site design are Inception’s. Studio names and live-table examples are used to describe aggregation; those marks belong to their owners. You may not copy the site or the software except as the contract allows.
4. Enquiries
Sending a brief does not create a contract. We may refuse a market or a product mix. Do not send information you are not allowed to share.
5. Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made solely on public marketing copy. Platform liability is only as set out in the operator agreement.
6. 18+
Gambling involves risk. The operator’s product is for adults only under the licence they hold.
